Where to Sled in Snow - Solomons/Lusby Area?

Where are good places (big hills, public areas) to go snow tubing near Solomons/Lusby? Thank you.

HG Truman Road. There's a hill where the water tower is just before you get to Dowell Road on the right. I've always seen tons of people go there.

Oh crap, I left that part out. This was like 10 years ago, when I saw these tons of people sledding there.

Sorry I missed that, bet it was funny. Nice hill though, if we ever actually got some snow on it.

we took roller skate wheels one year when I was like 15, and we welded brackets to the runners on the sled and put four wheels on each side.

we figured it would be a frigging blast to sled down our street in the middle of summer.

As with so many of our ideas drivin by pure childhood genuis,,,,
we were wrong.
poor Evan ended up with an arm in a cast and a cast on his leg that went all the way up to his hip.

as we look back on that day, we now realize that brakes were invented for a specific purpose.

but damn, it really went.
