| For a person to pull out, no matter the conditions on 235, onto the far right lane...where there is a gas station that numerous people are going to go? That's asanine, IMO. There is no reason they shouldn't have a yield sign, and the folks on 235 should have the right of way.

| It makes perfect sense to me too. There is a solid white line for a few feet leading into S 235 from CRR. That lane in fact starts at that point.

But... I try to make it a point not to let my vehicle try to occupy the same space as another vehicle at the same time. No matter what the laws, signs or lane markings indicate. Seems to be working so far. Defensive driving. Last edited by desertrat; 02-19-2009 at 05:18 PM. | |

![]() If there wasn't a business there, ok, sure...that makes sense...but there is, so something needs to be changed IMO. It needs to be like the Wawa at 235/4, which people also suck at. But at least I THINK it has a yield sign...

I couldn't even find anything definitive on the Federal Hwy Administration site.

| Never assume the other guy knows what he's doing. Works for me, too. That said, if someone hits me when I have the right of way, I won't pat them on the back and say "it's okay".
