BBQ Contests

I looked everywhere and didn't find anything. Does anyone know of any local amature BBQ contests?

I thought I might giv it a try and see how I stack up.

I'd try too, been tweaking my "Cowgirls Buckin BBQ Sauce" recipe for years and I believe it's about there.......

After the food you cooked at the campout last year, I think you would do good in a contest. Thats the ony reason I'm coming down this year is for some good eats.

Oh and so my daughter can see her boyfriend again.

Not aware of any local events, but sounds like a great idea to get one started, camp-out for the weekend. Have the various categories like they do on the TV; brisket, ribs, butts, chicken.

I'd enter, maybe Vari can sponser, and no doubt she would do-up a brisket
