Calvert County Public Schools Opening 2 Hours Late
(Code 1 for 12-Month Employees)

• School opening will be delayed 2 hours due to inclement weather. No AM Pre-Kindergarten.
  
• The workday for 10 and 11-month employees will begin 30 minutes before the scheduled student starting time.
  
• 12-month personnel and food service workers report up to 1 hour late (Code 1).
  
• All emergency personnel report on time.

St. Mary's County Public Schools will open 2 hours late on Wednesday, March 4, 2009; Due to the amount of snow on the sides of the roads, buses may not be able to enter all side roads within a development.

Code 1 for employees. Code 1 means ten and eleven month employees report to work two hours late. Twelve month employees report to work up to 2 hours late, but no later than 9:20 a.m. All employees normally beginning their day after 9:20 a.m. are to report to work on time. Designated emergency personnel will report to work on time.
