Picture a crab feat under tall oak trees at my sister's house on the water. Picnic table LOADED with crabs...people chillin'.....drinking beer....kids playing in the pool....boats zipping back and forth on the river.....and me introducing Bob to my family for the first time.

Everyone gets alone great, everyone is having lots of fun. Then....

As Bob lets out a HUGE sneeze, he gently turns his head away from the food, towards me, and ends up spewing half-chewed crab meat all in my hair.

Then, dead silence.

Everyone is silently waiting for my response, waiting to see how quickly I'm going to kill him, or how quickly I'm gonna bust him up.

Instead, I bust a gut laughing so hard at the situation. Then everyone breathed deeply and laughed along, too.

Bob had the expression of a "deer in the headlights" until I finally cracked my smile.

It was one of those moments that make a cherised memory.

We went to LJS last night. It was just as wonderful as I remembered. Yes it was greasy fried food. and I LOVED it. If you don't like the fries - it's a regional thing, so maybe you all were clueless, but LJS has theses big bottles and to go packets of malt vinegar. Dump that all over everything instead of cocktail, tarter or ketchup (sorry kwillia). If you are some Yankee or calorie fat count watcher guru, you will hate it. So don't go. But if you came from an area where you had sweet tea in your baby bottle, you'll feel right at home. Drive thru last night was crazy so we went inside to get our to go order. Stil packed, but everybody - customers included - were polite and helpful. Gawd I've missed that kind of service - even from a fast food joint.

Fat asses unite. We should go order the whole menu together. Unite the north and south.

The giant got the fish platter but I got the fishermans platter - everything and then some. I told him I wouldn't be able to finish it and he could have my extras (I lied) Yum Yum

I think it was in Tenn. we used to go to H. Salt Fish. That's where I learned about malt vinegar on fries, fish and hushpuppies.
If we can find some east and west fat asses, we'll be all set!
