| What Gives? I've changed my eating habits and have been making what I thought were "intelligent purchases." I've been duped! Edy's Sugar Free Fruit Bars (my favorite) Total Carbs 8g Sugars 3 g Calories 30 Jr. Pops (no diet claims) Total Carbs 2g Sugars 1g Calories 10 I would be better off eating the stuff the kids grab! I feel decieved. |

| Make your own fruit popcicles. This way you know exactly what is in them and you could make it with your favorite fruit combonations. You can get the molds at most stores as well as the popcicle sticks.
