CongraTulations

Dear Dean Lumber/Hollywood Optimist Club,
It's congratulations with a T, not congradulations with a D. I see this every year somewhere in the area.

I often see it with a "D" during graduation time. I just assumed they did it during this time for the Grads....

It says Congradulations Grads. Drives me nuts. Same way I feel about people that intentionally spell the name of their business wrong. There's a daycare on GMR that spells kids with a Z, KIDZ. Ugh.

Think I have said my view on that before but I will say it again, it is their business it is supposed to have something unique and original about it. Kids is overused for everything... So since it is THEIR business it is not spelled wrong at all.

However I do agree with the congratulations part. Spelling it with a D is a bit off the wall and annoying.

I try not to patronize any business that replaces the letter 's' with 'z'.

When they are advertising their business as being a learning environment for kids, there is a problem with spelling it KIDZ.

It's no wonder that most of us can't spell worth a crap.
