DUI and DWI Third Offense

A jerk we know but are definitely not friendly with just got a third DUI/DWI in Maryland in 5 years...

Can anyone tell me if the court is going to throw him in jail and throw away the key this time !!!

This last one was in Calvert County, the other 2 were in different counties, the last one before this one was in Jan 2008 then 2004.... Thanks!

I know someone who has gotten 3 and he just did 60 days.

I know a guy who didn't get anything until his 5th DWI

Forgot to mention he also was driving on revoked and suspended AND the ICING on the CAKE he has a 2nd Degree Assault charge that happened another time after that! Please please, 60 days isn't long enough, he needs to DRY OUT I just hope the jail has room.....

Find out who his judge will be and send him a detailed letter about this persn

It will all depend on who he;'s related to. Seriously, if he's got some connections he'll slide thru one more time.

Chances are the judge will take him out to the bar after the court hearing to celebrate him getting off once again. Then the judge will let him be the designated driver because the judge doesn't want to risk looking bad if he (the judge) gets another DWI.

Yup! I know someone who has now had 5 of them and has served a total of 5 days in Jail and STILL drinks and drives.

if they were let go before they will be again. the person that I know wasn't just with alcohol it was drugs too.
