Who else should I call regarding..

no heat in an apartment building? I've called the building inspector, the health department and the landlord (every bloody day)

Someone suggested the Fire department, simply because we are using space heaters to keep everyone warm. I am not so much worried about myself, but there are children and elderly in this building and I seem to be the resident spokesperson (loudmouth)

All suggestions are very appreciated.

Your first call is to the landlord. If he won't fix the problem, call Health and Human Services - they should be able to point you in the right direction as far as filing a complaint.

Your Attorney!

If you have a friend, that would probably get the ball rolling... Many times if there are elderly or disable, the human servuces will be quicker to respond..
