shoe store

Are you actually unable to determine what fits your foot?

Oh, let me tell you. A fitting for running shoes is FUNDAMENTAL.

If you're not gonna run, it don't matter. If you're gonna put some miles on them, 15 or more a week, they are really, really helpful for comfort and injury prevention.

My friend was just telling me about a place in Prince Frederick which is owned and run by an physical therapist. It's called "Double D's" (yes like the bra size). Anyway, she says that they will analyze your gait and find the proper shoe for your needs.

I wouldn’t mind taking a drive up there myself. Is this the address?

Also try Olympian Sports in the Lusby Commons shopping center. They provide pronation assessments as well as any running shop around. Checkout SOMD and Baynet. Customers continue to come back for the service, reasonable prices, and diverse selection. Their address is 11761 HG Trueman Road near the Hallmark; phone 443-975-8597 and store hours 11A-8PM Mon - Sat.

thanks a bunch for your hints. I have been running for years and just started having issues with my feet. My son joined the Navy and since he wears a size 15 they suggested he brings his own running shoe. Now would be a great time for the right shoe.
Thanks again.

I run marathons and always get my shoes from Pacers in Alexandria. They are fairly priced and the people know how to fit you in the shoe which will work best for your purposes.

I think I will check this place out! I have been looking for a good pair of shoes that fit right for awhile now. Where at in PF is it? I don't think I have ever seen it.
