hardwood floors

i am looking to put hardwood floors in my kitchen/dinning room.
Who around has the best price on flooring.
i want to get it installed also. don't feel like messing with it.
Any help would be appreciated

The hardwood floors (and tile) in my house were done by Choice Home Center (builder's choice - not mine) up in Dunkirk, but I wouldn't recommend them. They seem pretty expensive compared to others and there are some on-going problems with their work, especially the tile.

There was a guy advertising in the classifieds to do it for $5/sq. foot incl. the flooring (but NOT the threshold, quarterround, etc.) ... maybe if he reads this, he'll post something.

I don't remember his name.

We had Tennysons flooring do our hardwood floor. My mom was very pleased with their work. They will come and give a free estimate. Here is their number: 301-769-2744
