| Are they still building homes in Challenger Estates? If there are other homes available, why not go to them instead of waiting? |

| I believe the issue was schools. In that they wanted the kids to go to Evergreen, and not ones they would if they were on base.

| Tina--We're moving to Pax and should be there in a couple weeks. I'd be happy to take some pictures of the Lovell Court (or Cove, I've heard it called both, lol) housing when we get there! Housing said it's exactly the same as Challenger Estates and there are 3 and 4 bedroom units, brand new. We wanted to live off base but they are reserving those for Officers for the most part, so we'll probably end up in Lovell. |

| Not around here. None of the older stuff is going to have the square footage of the new stuff. Not in enlisted quarters anyway.

| Do you know if they are still letting enlisted move in there? I know some of the enlisted housing is being used for officers. |

| From what the Housing Manager told me, they are pretty much reserving the Colombia Colony housing, which are the only single family homes and probably the biggest, for Officers as this is apparently the only housing for them? They said the wait would be long if we wanted one. The 4-bedrooms at Lovell average about 2100 square feet and are townhomes. I think they are trying to put everyone in Lovell at this point. There is no wait for them as far as I know and I was told we would probably be able to pick one (by the manager) though the rep wasn't so sure. Anyways, I sent you a PM with my e-mail address, just email me and I'll forward you the floor plans! Quote:
