It just all seems strange, I know it may seem like I am sticking up for him, which Im trying not to sound like, but Im not ready to cash his ticket and throw him to the wolves yet either.

But! in the case he does get out of this, and it is proven he didn't do it, either way; his name, face, and reputation have been straight dragged through the dirt, and that is something he will have to deal with for the rest of his life being accused of that.

Now if it comes back he did do it all, then yeah, it is deserved.... So we'll see what happen I guess..

But I just never imagined him as the type person to do this

I don’t know anything more than what is posted on the internet....my point was that if the current charges are false, then Mr. Midkiff will have a hard road to travel to prove his innocence because he has a child abuse charge in November 2006 which was placed on him by Heather Carberry. I don’t know the circumstances that lead to that charge nor do I know the circumstances that are leading to the charge just placed on him. All I know is that I hope for the sake of this child the woman is vindictive and the charges are false.

I don't know about that. I don't know about the dept here...but many depts, social workers, and psych professionals are still using the dolls..and those are the single worst things to use...not to mention if mom plants the seed..no matter what methods are used..what the child said could still be unreliable.

I'm just saying..you have to take what a three year old says with a grain of salt...if that's even the case here..we don't know what sort of "evidence" they have.

If I EVER caught my husband (or anyone else for that manner) sexually abusing my kids, *I* would be the one in jail - they would be 6 feet under.
