i wouldn't be in jail, and neither would they.... because their body would never be found and it is hard to prove a case with no body.... i'm just saying.

well, in the best case scenario, yes...

Seriously though, I can't even imagine someone doing this to one of my kids... especially not their own father (my husband). I KNOW that as soon as I found out I would beat the sh!t out of him for sure... then probably carry the kids to the car while I screamed obscenities at him.

And a 3 year old... honestly. I knew a guy who got slapped with sexual abuse charges of a minor for having sex with a 15 year old. I also knew her... and SHE was the one pursuing him. Not that he should have done it... he should have been smarter and said no. But to me, that's a different situation than someone sexually assaulting a 3 year old. I mean, what is even sexual about a toddler???? Just gross....

I agree, but lets all keep in mind that it's innocent until proven guilty, not guilty until proven innocent. At least, that's the way it should be!

yeah, I'll admit I have a problem with that sometimes... I am usually in the 'guilty until proven innocent camp'.

But I don't know anything about this particular situation, so I'll just say that I hope the allegations are false.
