I was at one of these homes 5-10 years back. 100 year old farmhouse was on the brink of falling over the cliff back then. I wonder if it finally tipped.

But the newer houses - Ya know, you build your house on a cliff that is unstable and then hmmmmmmm. Course, these people are NOT asking for a handout, they just want to be able to fix the problem. This is similar to that situation with the toad nobody had seen on Indian Bridge Road when they were trying to repair or widen the road for safety purposed. I worked for DPW back then and what a bunch of crap.
