| I would try calling a few major plumbers or mechanics in your area. They don't specialize in hottubs but should have basic knowledge as to something as simple as a heater coil.

| You possibly need to get an electrician / qualified installer to check your heater / coil circuit to verify its integrity. If the problem that your hot tub has no hot water then that means that there can be several scenarios. 1. First check to make sure the electrical circuit breaker for the hot tub water heater is indeed on. there could several breakers, one for heater and one for the water pump(jets) 2. You need to verify that your water heater is getting the correct voltage. 3. The heater thermostat might defective. not allowing the contactor / if applicable to pull in and start heater. 4. The coil is open (circuit is broken) you check coil for continuity with multimeter or resistance tester. if the circuit is open (no continuity) you will to replace the coil. These are what trouble shooting procedures I would do to pinpoint the problem and correct the problem. |

| We use Scott's. They are out of Prince Frederick. He's alway been real honest. Sometimes it takes awhile for a service call but worth the wait since I trust him. In the Calvert phone book, or www.scottspools.com.
