So why are they always trying to run away? Set it free and see if it keeps coming back. Why do people chop the tails of dogs and rip cats nails out? What about clipping ears? Did they ask?

| well funny how you had to misdirect what I said an mention the tub that another poster mentioned - just shows what kind of person you are. I think several small dog breeds are scary - gee imagine THAT. Like I said if we eliminated all the breeds we have reservations about, there would not be any more dogs. Sounds like you don't like dogs anyway, so life would be good for YOU then? Quote:

Sorry, I did not have that same attitude about our dog. I understood others fear and tired to keep her away from threatening others including other dogs. Two dogs growling at each other even when they are on leashes out for a walk is threatening to a small child. Dog choices, owners attitudes and responsibility of the pet (including curbing on others property) tells a lot about the owner and the purpose of the dog.

| Fear breeds hate. Some people are just big ol' kitty cats I guess.

), but there IS more to the story - Forget about whether it's a Pit or a Pomeranian, the point is that it's an unsupervised animal outside all day. That's generally not good for either the dog, or it's neighbors. It's just a waiting game until something happens, and you don't know what it will be until it does.Frankly, if I was the neighbor, I'd be way more pissed off about the yapping pugs than the pit, presuming that the pit is even remotely good tempered.
