Pretty happy camper

I just had my car cleaned at Cheseldine Car Wash. Pulled in to hose it down, then figured, eh, I need to treat myself. So I let them do it and I must say, it looks outstanding! Like I just drove it off the lot. Cost me $23 + tip but worth every penny.

We take the belvakmobile there every so often for a good scrub! They really do good work! We haven't tried the custom detail they offer because she doesn't really get dirty enough to need a detail. Anyone tried them for that? I had a friend ask me what their rates were and didn't know off the top of my head.

The biggest reason I didn't do it before now is because I hate cooling my heels. But it only took about 10 minutes, so that was tolerable.

10 minutes?? Is that their 'auto detailing' product or is the actual detailing something different?

They vacuumed the whole inside and wiped everything down, including in the nooks and crannies where grub collects. Then it went through the wash and blow dryer. Then a team jumped inside and started spraying and wiping, while another team wiped down the exterior.

I don't know if this is technically "detailing" or not, but the car is extremely clean.

Not bad considering what they did to the car.

I didn't try it, but I did ask the rates last week. I think they said something around starting $50

I haven't even vacuumed the sand out of my truck.
