| Update - Solomons Bridge The Thomas Johnson Bridge will be one lane traffic between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. on August 24th. The bridge will be getting inspected for any damage. Expect delays during this time. Gov. Thomas Johnson Bridge to Have Only One Lane Open in A.M. - Southern Maryland News, Charles County, Calvert County and St. Mary's County News |

| A guy in Food Lion today told me he saw a big chunk of concrete fall off one of the supports while he was out fishing on his boat. Said it was fairly good sized, about the size of a cinder block or big rock. He said you could actually feel some vibration through the water while out in the boat! WOW!
