North Beach has a good one where you can sample local wines...

No, I won't set up a booth. The rental fee to set up a booth there is pretty high, from what I understand.

Besides, I'd rather just make up goodies bags and drop them off with friends. That is much more fun.

Plus, my herb garden is positively beautiful right now....in a few weeks it'll be bursting with goodness.

I usually put in what I eat. Got to have my hot peppers and bell peppers, onions, tomatoes of all types, squash, lettuce and I'm trying eggplant this year. Haven't planted eggplant in a long time.

Oh, and I learned a new way to shuck corn (turn your volume down because the annoying music is LOUD):

This really works - the ears were completely clean AND parcooked, ready to cut the kernels off and freeze. A lady at the grocery store told me about it.

Love that market, can't wait for the blackberries to come in. Work with a guy who owns a farm and he said they are coming along should be soon.
