I have no clue how it's made, I just eat it!

Only 8 tables were in use when we left. The food was okay, nothing fantabulous. I may try it again in a month or so after they have time to work the kinks out.

I heard the new place in Waldorf was a 'fancy' version of Chipotle, i.e. nuthin' special or different really. Menu seems pretty simple.
Wow tiny menu and nothing sounds appetizing I will continue to drive down to Fiesta, just for the white salsa alone!!

It is. High standards are a curse. My counselor worked with me on "managing expectations" but honestly, I'm not sure my expectations can get any lower.

Why go down to Mechanicsville when you can stop at the Tequila Grill in Charlotte Hall? Fiesta and Tequila are owned by the same couple and have similar menus and the same White Sauce. The owners and staff are awesome and the food is the best Mexican in the area!
