Realtors that deal in rentals?

Hey guys, can anyone recommend a good real estate company/realtor that deals in rentals? The little lady and I can't stand our current situation (me down in st.marys for work and her all over the place as a traveling engineer). After careful consideration it seems North Beach or Chesapeake Beach would be more neutral for both of us. Anything further and we couldn't justify the drive. We are city folks so it seems like these are the best areas sort of close to everything but not too close. As usual any advice would be greatly appreciated!

We used Jessica Raley from O'brien and she was great.
