Accident on 6/30 by Target/Giant

I need some help..there was a very bad accident on RT. 235 and colony way on saturday night at around 10:15...my wife and i were about the 1st to get there right after it happened. Man in a durango hit a ford focus with 3 people inside. I did my best to help and get the truck away from the car and help stabilize the man in the drivers seat, while others tended to the little girl inside and the woman in the from seat who was unconscious. Once rescue services showed up i got out of the way and let them take over. The man in the drivers seat has now passed away and i'm totally devastated by that. He apparently worked on base but the family was from Texas and had only been here a short time. The woman and the daughter are out of the hospital now..and are with family locally. All i want to do is find a way to quietly contact them and express my deepest sorrow at the situation, and offer my help...in any way i can. I'm hoping someone who knows them and sees this will private message me and get me in touch with them. Or at least directly pass on my desire to help them out. I don't know anyone's name so am pleading with the good people here to help me do this. If you can help i would be incredibly grateful. Thanks for looking.

Dan

Thank you Danzig!
I am sure there are many here who would like to pitch in a "few coins" to help the mother and daughter.

God bless you for stepping into the fray and helping out at such a horrible accident. You are a hero!!!

Hopefully someone will set up some kind of collection thru a bank to help this family.

I am no hero..just was there and wanted to help...has effected me deeply. And yes..my goal was to contribute or setup something to help them out. I wasn't able to do more at the time..but i want to make sure i can do something for them in the future. Thanks for the kind words...

You are some ones hero, whether or not you want to accept it.
As my boss used to say, "Ya done good kiddo!".

He did not died on the street, your actions made a difference so he could get to Shock Trauma and lived a bit longer for whatever reason God had in mind.
Bless you.

I know this can be taken the wrong way but remember the family has other things on their mind. You helped out and gave the father more time. Let the family cope with it. They don't need to know that you are thinking about them and seeing you or talking about who you are may not be the best thing for them. Let them come to you when and if they are ready.
