I know that Charles and Calvert have free drop off points for debris but I have not seen anything about St. Mary's doing the same. Do I have to dispose of the tree by other means?

Yeah, was wondering about that myself. Have top branches from oak that came down, would hate to have a bonfire in the front yard.
