Man selling milk at Foodlion
Just got a call from the wife that some black man approached her as she put her cart in the "cart corral" at Solomons Food Lion.
He had bought a gallon of 2% milk on "WIC" and did not need it.
Offered it to her for a low price. She declined. ( smart wife!)

Wife said to me, Why did he buy it if he didn't need it?

Another woman saw it all and asked if he was selling it, wife said yes, and women replied happens all the time; welfare fraud.

My daughter had a similar experience at Food Lion in Leonardtown. She was getting a cart and going into the store when a white man approached her and offered her a food stamp card for $ 50.00. She said no and reported it to the manager in Food Lion.
