There is jack russell terrier running loose wearing a green harness with a yellow tag on it. He almost got hit buy a white trash truck. I tried to grab him but when i got close he ran.

I didnt have any. I dont have dogs but i knocked on the houses door where he was running on the road in front of but they werent home. He then just ran into the woods
