Idiot on the TJ Bridge

So there I was Saturday heading over to Solomons when I see a car cresting the bridge with this young idiot sitting on the window sill of the passenger's door almost all the way out to his knees. I guess, aside from the potential of falling the rest of the way out the window, he and his car mates were not worried about the distraction and hazard he might present to the rest of the people crossing the bridge. It was only a little bit after high noon so I don't know if he was drinking or just on drugs.

Who knows!!! Or, just the plain belief that they think they are immortal. I suppose they didn't hear about what happened to the boy doing the very same thing a few months ago in a Prince Frederick parking lot. He's dead. Maybe if they had a little more of this , they would snap out of it, and sober up, so to speak!

Or if he just was a complete dumbass. He should've just jumped off of the car and into the river. Spare us all from possibly having encounters with him.
