I thought that was the case already, insurance companies don't pay the insured for their losses in a DUI. I could be wrong.

Been waited on by the guy at BWW before so I can say for sure that he worked there. As someone who frequents BWW often, this is unfortunate because their waiters/waitresses, in my opinion, leave a lot to be desired, and he was one of the few good ones...

Depends on the particular state. Most WILL pay, which I think is crazy. Some won't cover the insured driver's injuries but will cover vehicle damage, some won't cover either in cases of DUI. But most states cover it all then surcharge the hell outta the policy.
