I'm not sure if that was directed towards me, but I drive to DC 2-6 days a week and really have zero problems with traffic unless I'm down here between Gate 2 and Wildwood... and no it's not perfectly legal to drive under the limit.....it's called impedeing the flow of traffic and I know several people, including roommates who light people up for that and give them tickets.

| Four weeks straight! From the email: "Please allow extra time for access to the installation by departing your residence at least 30-45 minutes early." |

| How many parents can actually leave home 30 - 45 minutes early when they have kids to get on the bus or to day care that may not be open yet, etc. |

You are absolutley right too, I was annoyed they thought I was going to get up an hour earlier just to sit in traffic, I can't imagine having to coordinate daycare/school/etc.

Move the commanding officer of NAVARI off base and close the gold coast as well. When the brass has to sit in the traffic they would be requesting a more appropriate cure then telling people to leave up to 45 minutes early. Talk about violations of the clean air act, 30 to 45 minutes extra for vehicles to idle on the roads - CALL THE EPA :)
