Black Ribbon on Traders Sign

Saw a black ribbon on the Traders sign in CB. I found this.

The owner died at 68.

Deceased = Luckett, Harry James :: Southern Maryland Obituary

Harry James “Jim” Luckett, 68, of Chesapeake Beach passed away November 28, 2012 at Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, D.C. He was born February 6, 1944 in Riverdale, MD to Earl Thomas and Doris Elizabeth (McKimmie) Luckett.

......

In 2000, he ventured into the restaurant business with his son, Gary, when they opened Traders Seafood Steak & Ale in Chesapeake Beach. Then in 2004, he opened Eagle Amusements, an electronic bingo hall at Traders. He continued to work in both businesses until he passed away. In his early years, Jim enjoyed boating, motocross racing, and car racing with his sons and family.
