Movie Theatre in Charlotte Hall

I saw the post about a Five Guys and was wondering if folks would support a nice movie theatre in Charlotte Hall or the Mechanicsville area. It seems that we have enough folks in this area and entertainment options here are very limited. What do you think?

yes, i think folks would support a sephora's or ultas in charlotte hall also. and people in mechanicsville wear shoes, why not a DSW? how about a Joe's crab shack too since we are building a wish list. a good sex toy store would probably be popular.

I am hoping all our riff raff will go up to brandywine when the new movie theatre opens there.

Unfortunately, none of this stuff will get built. Haven't you heard about the taxes going up on the rich? Who is it that builds these places and employs the people to operate them? It sure isn't the 47%. And who will want to invest in these businesses now that the dems are proposing increased tax rates on dividends? A 3% dividend is no longer attractive if I have to pay double the income tax on it.

If they have a Sex Store then they have their answer to the need of a movie theater, correct?
