I have friends that live there. Their townhouses are gorgeous and I seriously doubt that place accepts Section 8.

Yep, very amicable. It served its purpose for what I needed -- a bed, a shower, a kitchen, and a couch for a few months. Hubby and I had the second bedroom while the 2 girls had the master with the bathroom. They loved it!

I have a friend that lives on Upper Kells and he has no problems. His townhouse is so nice. I have 2 sets of friends that live on Knockeyon and the same goes for them. I also have friends that just moved out of Lower Kells and they did not have any issues other than the fact that they were told that they could not keep their pitbull there anymore.

Also, why would their case worker be telling you their personal info?

When I lived there they accepted Section 8. I had a psycho lived across from me and I always had to save her child from some drama or another (arrest, attempted suicide). It was exhausting. The police started just doing drive bys and knocking on my door asking if they needed to do welfare checks.

I have been dealing with her case worker and the issues with her over the last 4 years.... and I have worked with housing and finally got her kicked off of it... so she would have to move somewhere else.

I was the one who go her kids taken away because they were not being cared for.... and after 3 years .. she still cant get them back because she is still proving to be unfit.

I guess the homeowners can rent to whoever they want. That sucks because they are really nice townhouses.
