| 6th Annual "We're Looking for Trouble" 5k Run/Walk Good Morning Southern Maryland! We're starting a thread to let everyone know that we're working on our 6th Annual "We're Looking for Trouble" 5K Run/Walk and Kids' Fun Run that will be on Saturday, April 6, 2013, and we'd love to see you there! WHEN: Kids' Fun Run starts at 8:45 AM 5K starts at 9:00 AM WHERE: The race will follow the Three Notch Trail and will begin and end at the Northern Senior Center. The Northern Senior Center is located at 29655 Charlotte Hall Road, Charlotte Hall, MD 20622. Parking will be available at the race site. (USTAF Course Certification pending) EXTRAS: Pre-register by April 4, 2013, for a chance to win an iPad 2! Early Bird Registrants (by 2/28) will be entered for a chance to win an iPod Touch! ChronoTrack B-tag timing will be done by RaceDC Timing! Rain or Shine Event $20.00 Early Bird Registration by February 28, 2013 $25.00 Pre-Registration 5K Run/Walk by April 2, 2013 $10.00 Kids' Fun Run or 5K Run/Walk (Kids 10 and under) $30.00 Race Day Registration 5K Run/Walk (Race day registration begins at 7:30AM) Group Registration fee is $20/person (Please provide form for each member of group and submit as packet with check by April 2, 2013) We will be accepting donations of non-perishable food and emergency items for Heroes for the Homeland, a non-profit organization made up of Law Enforcement and Emergency Services Personnel who wish to aid American Communities devastated by natural and man-made disasters. Bring an item on race day and be entered in a special drawing! For additional forms or to register online, visit us at 6th Annual We're Looking For Trouble 5k Run/walk and Kids' Fun Run - Race Info or call the St. Mary's Mediation Center at 301-475-9118. All proceeds benefit The Community Mediation Center of St. Mary's County, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing free mediation services to the residents of St. Mary's County. We hope to see you out there on April 6th and anticipate this will be our best year yet! |
