It's good for you. Builds character. If you get all twisted about a little yelling from the boss, what are you going to do when some nutbag customer comes in screaming their face off and hurling threats?

Generally it makes the customer that's witnessing it uncomfortable, which isn't likely to make them want to return.

I do, too! I think it's beyond boorish for someone to behave like that & I'd have a hard time containing myself.

I had a neighbor in FL who came to my door one day and told me to keep my "short bus kid out of his yard" - because his little brat-a** kid was taunting my older kid (Thing1) and Thing1 came back at him.

I was beyond out of my mind when he said that to me, and the obscenities just came flying of my mouth, which caused him to start walking away, with me following. I don't know what kept me from beating the snot out of him right then & there - but he kept on rapidly walking away and never came back to my yard or door again.

Wow - nearly all the fights I got into growing up were those who picked on my sister. I beat the crap out of a girl who told my sister she was too retarded to ride her bike in front of her house. I went over there all thug-like... got up in her face asking her how tough she thought she was now and I threw the 1st punch. Of course, I was 15-16 at the time.

When he was finished with his tirade, I picked up my purse, cleaned by desk off, knocked on his door and said, you are one of the biggest a$$holes I've ever had the misfortune of working for. You can take p.o.s job in this p.o.s company and shove it where the sun dont shine a$$hole. Then I left and got another job a week later.
