Thumbs down :(

so ......I overheard an employer yelling at one of his employees earlier. what an ass. it is a locally owned auto repair business. and i wont be going there anymore. if he has so little respect for someone he works with daily, i can't imagine what he thinks of customers. Maybe larger businesses are the way to go, maybe they are forced to treat employees with respect.....

lol, that made me laugh. but this was the owner yelling at a service writer and being so totally unprofessional and down-right ass-holish, I am surprised she didn't quit on the spot. It's really sad, what some ppl have to endure just to have a way to pay bills. Just because he owns the business doesn't mean he can throw common decency out the door. jerk.

Maybe the employee was an idiot and already had several warnings?

You should've told the owner/manager that you won't be returning and why you won't be returning.
