My manager's heat at her home went out yesterday morning and when they called the company that recently *repaired* the system, they told her they couldn't get service until today sometime since the company had to take care of families with children 1st.

I am sure her and her family of 5 enjoyed a heat free evening and waking up to a freezing cold house this morning. I would love to be a mouse in her pocket when the repair guy gets there today.
