Can we put these 2 douchebags at the end of a firing range and shoot them with pellets for an hour?

Several motorists reported their vehicles were struck by a projectile as they traveled along Chancellors Run Road. The projectiles which were later identified as pellets shattered windows of the victim’s vehicles.

I was half expecting to see attempted murder charges. Those pellets could easily have killed after passing thru a window.

The potential for a much worse outcome was there.

No way attempted murder would hold up. Reckless endangerment is the appropriate charge.

Unfortunately, they'll plead to destruction of property and as long as they pay restitution they'll walk.
