Subdivision in St. Leonard

A friend is looking at a house in the subdivision called Home Place in St. Leonard. Anybody familiar with this subdivision? Any comments (on the subdivision) would be appreciated. TIA

I don't know anyone in that particular subdivision but I have a son and a sister (as well as friends) in St. Leonard and I think it's a very nice area. Who's the builder there? I've seen the name and seen homes advertised but I can remember.

You know what? I know where Home Place is. It's on your side of 4, I think down off of Ball Road, before Ball crosses over 4. I'd think that be more Port Republic, but I guess not. My parents live down that way near Broomes Island.

Yes, it is off Ball Road and the house is on Scenic Way, if that helps you at all.

Looks like the properties on Scenic Way were initially sold by Kaine Inc & Alexander Realty.

I've took a few orders around there. It's a really nice area. I bet you would like it.
