I wanted to live in St Mary's County - south of base. I couldnt find anything in the county for less then 200,000 (I wanted at least 3 bed/2bath with a decent yard). I ended up buying one in CRE in May and I like it. It is a 30 min drive from base but I moved here from Orlando and drove further then that to get anywhere so its not that bad for me. Good Luck with the searching.....

We live in Drum Point right now, and own a house already. Our house is going to be sold before we move.
