Ohhhhhhhhhhhhh........... The ole "Reliable Source". This source had all this information EXCEPT the name of the restaurant..... I once had to dicipline an employee for fwd'ng. this garbage. You should know better!!

Speaking as someone who ate quite a bit of dog in Korea and Turkey, I can tell you that it doesn't taste like beef nor does it have the "feel" of beef. But it is a dead-ringer for pork on both counts, so avoid the pork if you're afraid.
