Do you want to know why that particular store does not have a pharmacy? That's something I can't explain. They do assess the area by checking out the nearby pharmacies, seeing how many are in that area and decide from there. If you want the store to have a pharmacy call the corporate office at 301-306-8600, ask for Customer Service, and start complaining. It is very convenient to be able to fill your prescriptions while you shop.
