| I agree with you, dymph, about delaying the schools for an inch or more especially taking into consideration the conditions of back roads and neighborhoods. I was pointing out that it seems the same idjits boo hooing about St. Mary's freakin' at the thought of snow are the ones freakin' now even though it's not going to accumulate to much this event. I am also agreeing with the school system for decided to release at normal time because it does give the salt trucks time to treat the roads and even one pass with salt makes a difference. The salt truck passed thru on 235 not that long ago and the road is already blackening. Dems, leaving early only puts you right smack dab in the middle of the mess. Waiting until it passes puts you back in the clear. ![]() |
