They look nice and are new, but they are income based. I'm not sure if that is a good or bad thing for you.

Beautiful townhomes, in a convenient location-----unfortunately, these are slated for Section 8. Quality will go downhill rather quickly, if history is to lend a prediction.

Hey, thanks for the replys. Do any of you know of any other townhome developments(besides Hickory Hills) in the area that are not section 8? I've been hearing Wildwood alot but haven't heard whether it is worth it.

Wildewood is a nice neighborhood and the townhouses they are building are all the way in the back of the neighborhood. But your gonna pay for that nice neighborhood too.

Anyone have an opinion on Hickory Hills? We've been thinking of moving there.

A friend of mine (yes MM- ANOTHER one- I'm up to 5 now!) is looking to buy a house/townhouse right now -and there just isn't a whole lot out there right now. Maybe in the spring people will start trying to sell.

Hickory Hills.... very bad intersection at Chancellors Run. I see at least one accident every 2 weeks. Also, floor plans are rather small.
