It seems to me as though developers in this area hold the power to do what they want to wherever they want to. I know of land parcels that would never pass a perc test during the dry season but when a developer bought it "voila" it passed.

Plus the developer has more money to spend to get a lawyer to get it approved.

If you were paying taxes on it then who did the developer buy the land from? If you get the tax bill, I would think it would be mailed to the owner of record.

If you can spot an eagle's nest on the property, that will stop it cold.

Not your side Fancy, Tennysons side... According to the Realtor, phase one will bring twelve house over the next year and a half. By the time it's all said and done we are looking at 50+.

This is in Chopticon High Schools district Oz. The new owners have contacted my SIL and told her to move her fence. All of the other info we have came from the Real Estate agent.

Exactly! That is just what I was thinking!

Enviornmental will come and completely wash out the developer! They wont be able to do squat
