| I know a guy who worked for Clinton Fence for years and just started his own company. It's called Massey Fence I think and he's also out of the 7th District. You'll have to get a number through info. Maybe being a new company he'll be giving a little better price. |

| Don’t go to your HOA first. You should look at the covenants that are required for your property. I say this because, there is an outside chance that the HOA will provide you with a shorter list of “nicer” (more expensive) fence types than what might be allowed by the covenants. Check the covenants to see what is allowed. If the fence you want is allowed, present that to the HOA for approval. That way if there is an objection, you have done your homework to reinforce your preference on the type of fence that you want to install. BTW: If you don't have a copy of the covenants that rule your property, the HOA should have them. They are also on file with Land Records (since they have to be recorded to become governing rule over the development). If there are no recorded covenants, the only rules that you are required to adhere to are the county's (and city's depending on where you live, e.g. Leonardtown).
