Talking Places To Roast tires

Other than MIR and My Driveway, does anyone know or have a place that we can "burnout" and do donuts? lookin for somewhere better than the highway where people can get hurt

Why not, we got alot of "extra" tires and we are making a car video and one of the sections would be "Burn outs"
