| I can't stand ticks, I always get the heebeejeebees(sp?) everytime I pull them off the ponies. What I truly hate is when someone looks at you funny and then says "Don't move, there's something on you." I normally start screaming at them to get it off of me while trying not to upset whatever kind of bug is on me. |

| My husband had one crawl up his pantleg, and he was just out a few minutes, trying to get the dog to come in. I've started the dog on the flea and tick preventative - hope it works. I should probably get some for the cat, too, even tho we don't let him out. |

| Hartz makes a spray on repellent that keeps the ticks from wanting to hang on to the fur. I use it on my schauzers because even tho the Advantage kills the ticks that bite them, it doesn't stop the ticks from hitching a ride into the house. |
