Okay. Just seemed weird. Personally, I think the kid is putting people in danger by doing this. Running out in traffic is not a good idea, and what if he scares a person with a heart condition...heart attacks are not funny and don't cheer people up. Good thing he is not doing that in PG County...he would have a gun or tazer pulled on him/her in no time. We like our steak RARE !
