E-Z Breathe Ventilation System

Hi, Just heard about this as I was doing research for a dehumidifier. We would like to put one in our crawl space as it is very damp. Has anyone heard good or bad about this system or has one? It's supposed to be able to able to handle the whole house. Any info would be appreciated.

I heard that it will de-humidify, which will actually take out the humidity wherever it is located.

Not really sure.
Maybe it uses a little "Abra-abra-cadabra".
