Both Captain Pats and Gass are good as is Crabknockers in Leonardtown.

Serve them HOT, or at least as warm as you can.

Cold is only good for cocktails an if you are picking them for the freezer/future use. Hot crabs are the way to go.

Crabs ought to be eaten almost immediately after being steamed. Once they've been on the table a couple of hours, I'd rather eat them after a night in the fridge when the meat has regained firmness to offset the fact that it isn't hot.
